I remember, when I lived at 1451 oxford, in london,  a cross from fanshawe college in 1993 a d,, me and mike used to play the Brixton video game, til all hours of the night.

And, at times, we,d run out of smokes.

So we went cigarette butt hunting, after listening to this tune.

And we started singing it. Loud. Around fanshawe.
We were kind of stoned and drunk.

In that one bugs bunny episode, where bugs is travelling under ground, bugs bunny mentions those three places.
